Mitsubishi Makes Biggest Mistake In It’s History.

This is the biggest mistake that Mitsubishi ever made. That can potentially cause Mitsubishi to lose its customers and go bankrupt and file for bankruptcy.

But before I can tell you fellow readers the mistake that Mitsubishi made , (which in my opinion is very costly) I have to first explain how successful at first the company was. You see Mitsubishi was not always so boring and producing cars at a very low rate. As a matter of fact it was very profitable and hade very fun and reliable cars. In which I will explain.

Mitsubishi was founded in 1870 by Iwasaki Yatarō and his company produced, mining, shipbuilding, telecom, financial services, insurance, electronics, construction, heavy industries, oil and gas, real estate, foods and beverages, chemicals, steel and aviation, and also later cars. Mitsubishi’s first Car was the Mitsubishi Model A.

Mitsubishi’s first Car actually looked pretty good. The Model A was produced from 1917-1921. It had a 2,765 CC I4 engine and it was a four door sedan.

Now that you now about this part of the history of Mitsubishi. Let’s go down the road a bit and see what Mitsubishi produced that made it popular. One of these cars is the Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX

It was produced in the 90s and had a 2.0 Turbo 4 cylinder engine , that produced 210 HP to the AWD System. The next car they made that was special was the Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4

Which was an AWD Twin Turbo 3.0L V6 that made 320 HP, this model was even a Lamborghini killer. The next fun and exciting Mitsubishi model is the Mitsubishi EVO.

They were produce from 1992-2016 and the Evo went through many generations. Until it was cancel in 2016 it was a favorite among the car community. Depending on the engine you got the 2.0L turbo made anywhere from 291-303 HP and of course it was AWD! Now that you know the history of Mitsubishi, it’s time to show you readers the biggest mistake Mitsubishi has ever made that could lead Mitsubishi to bankruptcy. The first mistake that Mitsubishi made is to cancel production of the Lancer Evo. Which has happened in 2016.

Now do you see these two pictures? If so the first one is the new Evo and the second one is the Eclipse. Yes guys Mitsubishi’s second mistake is turning the legendary cars into crossovers. Mitsubishi already was down in sales after killing production of the Evo , and they went even farther down in sales because the Lancer sedan that they still produced had a garage engine. Not only that they also put very underpowered engine in the other sedans that they had, like the Mirage. All the engines that they put in their cars including the very silly SUVs are garbage. My conclusion is that because they came out with Eclipse and Evo crossovers and make very garbage engine, Mitsubishi will fall down in sales even more, and by 2030 they will either file for bankruptcy or no longer produce Automobiles for the US.

Lexus RCF Track Edition First Impression

The Lexus RCF Track Edition has debuted this January!! To my amazement it looks pretty sick!!! Lexus and car enthusiasts have been waiting for this to happen , for what seemed like centuries. The Lexus RCF Track Edition finally moved Lexus a step forward in making faster sports cars.

Let’s start by looking at the style of the Lexus RCF Track Edition on the exterior.

The exterior looks beautiful! It is stunning and sharper than the previous generation RCF. It looks way better and more of a flush together. Lexus also added what looks like more LED lights to the car. I love how they added splitters and trims to the RCF to make it more unique. Lexus also moved the fish hook LED lights to the regular head light beam. Yet Lexus still includes the hood scoop on the hood ! One other note worthy part is the fact that the Track Edition will be getting a real carbon fiber spoiler!!!

The interior of the Lexus RCF Track Edition is even more stunning! As there is more trims and red inserts that give it a sporty look.

Next up is the engine! Lexus still boasts the same 5.0 V8 just like the previous generation had , only Lexus tuned it to have 5 more hp out of it! With rumors from Lexus being heard that soon it will boast at least 500 hp. Just take a look at what motor1.com wrote!

For more information visit the links below! Also a note to add, Lexus will be making 60 units for 2020.

Columbia SC Needs More E85

I would like to start my story by addressing this serious concern to the car culture in Columbia SC. There needs to be more E85 pumps in Columbia SC.

Now before I explain why the car culture in Columbia SC needs E85 and why the car culture in Columbia SC might not grow as quick or be that popular as in different cities. I have to first explain what E85 is.

Sold in yellow nozzles at gas stations, in almost all cities and states. E85 is a type of fuel which is made out of 85 percent ethanol.( just what E85 suggests) The component or ingredient for E85 is usually corn, but it can be made out of other products like grapes. Therefore to conclude E85 is actually alcohol! To wrap up my explanation to what E85 actually is, it is actually basic racing fuel! NASCAR uses something like E95 or higher which is more precedent of alcohol.

Now I wouldn’t have wrote this post if the lack of E85 was not a problem in Columbia SC.( Now what I mean by the lack of E85 in Columbia is not only Columbia but the surrounding cities as well.) To begin, four years ago having E85 in the Columbia area was not a problem. As a matter of fact there were 5-10 E85 pumps located at gas stations around all parts of town. Now in 2019 there is only one E85 pump located in Columbia SC. The location of the pump is on Decker BLVD , at a Spinx gas station.

Well everyone might say, it’s not that bad we still at least have E85 at a Spinx. True but consider that fact that not everyone who is a car guy lives by the north east side of Columbia. The car guys that don’t live in that part of town maybe traveling up to 45 minutes to get E85. Now some of my readers might say so what, but let me explain why that’s not good. First of all, car guys will be using some of their cars that run on E85. Since E85 burns quicker ,a lot more fuel gets burned by the time they get home from the station. Which means more frequent 45 minute trips to the gas station.

Now how would one E85 pump location affect the car culture? Well there would be less people tuning there cars for E85 and less people owning more expensive cars that can run on E85. Thus there would be less business for the gas stations and and car dealerships and salesman. Now my final point of view of why we would need more E85 pumps in Columbia SC. One fact is that it’s cheaper to buy and make, this is saves money for both the consumer and producer. The second fact is that more business can me made with more E85 pumps, it will bring more customers to the gas stations and to the e-commerce, because car guys will be ordering tuning kits and car parts. So therefore the economy will begin to rise even more. Third E85 burns way cleaner then gas , therefore it makes it more environmental safe.

So with all these facts place, what should the cars guys and car culture do? The right thing to do, is call and email the owners of gas stations to put E85 back on their pumps. Now call and email the owners of gas stations only in Columbia SC, not Greenville-Spartanburg area, because that area has a lot of E85 pump locations.

I hope that not only car guys and the car culture will read this post, but also business men and owners of gas stations or people that have the capability to place more E85 pumps into force.
